Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently accept payment in pounds sterling.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.  If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Many items within our site are for distribution to Medical Professionals only! This is stated within the extended information on the selected items. If you purchase one of these items and can not supply us with the correct Medical Professional Registration number we will refund your payment less a £5.00 administration fee. Please check the item you are purchasing before making your payment.

Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to despatch on the same day all orders received by 3pm.
Delivery will be made by next day carrier or first class post to mainland UK. Delivery to N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles may take longer.
Shortages and breakages must be reported to BDSI within 3 working days of receipt of goods and confirmed in writing within 14 days.
BDSI reserve the right to invoice at cost all packaging and carriage charges on any order outside the UK inclusive of any tax duties in force at the date of despatch
We reserve the right to charge carriage on deliveries made directly by other suppliers for invoice through us.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Some products are classed as special order items and may take a few days to come into stock.
You will be notified.

Tax Charges
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices at the checkout

Your credit / debit card details are securely processed by WorldPay or PayPal.

TITLE
Title in the goods or any part thereof shall only pass to the customer when payment in full for all goods whatsover supplied and all services rendered at any time by BDSI has been made, The customer shall use its best endeavours to assist any officer, employee, representative or agent of BDSI to enter ointo any premises where the goods may from time to time be situated and to re-possess the goods at any time prior to the passing to the customer and until such time as title passes the customer shall hold the goods as BDSI’s fiduciary acent and bailee.

Returns Policy
All goods returned should be accompanied by the buyers invoice number on which the goods were supplied.
A credit cannot be issued if the original invoice cannot be traced
All goods lost or damaged in transit following despatch by the buyer for return to BDSI will not be credited.If within 14 days of the goods being despatched to BDSI a credit note or acknowledgement of receipt has not been recieved by the buyer from BDSI the buyer should contact BDSI immediately.
All sterile and/ or goods with a product license must be returned within 5 days and cannot be accepted for credit if the seal or outer packaging has been damaged or removed unless;
There has been a delivery error
The products are subject to a product recall
The products are damaged or faulty.
All equipment including handpieces can only be returned for full credit if complete in the original packaging and unused and in a resaleable condition.
We reserve the right to charge 15% of the invoice value of returned goods to cover administration and handling expenses.

Price Promise
BDSI will from time to time run a price promise promotion on certain items where we promise to beat a like for like quotation. The following terms apply:

We’ll match our competitor’s current UK catalogue or website price.
The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
We’ll beat the price of an item by an additional 2% ; not delivery charges or other services.
Cannot be used with any other offer.
Competitors are classed as other dental wholesale companies registered in the UK. Ebay / Amazon or other online market place sellers are not included.
Prices exclude VAT & carriage charges.
Changes – BDSI Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these terms or to discontinue the BDSI Price Promise or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
